Weddings are times to celebrate, reunite and create memories with family and friends. As you dance into the reception, you want to look round and see the people that make you happy, unfortunately, sometimes your budget might not allow you invite EVERYONE, so how do you CREATE YOUR WEDDING GUESTLIST?
🔹️ Write A General List of everyone you'll like to see at your wedding, Family, Friends, Work Colleagues, Church members, etc. For now, just write, irrespective of your budget.
🔹️Prioritize Each Guest in the order of your relationship with them;
• The ‘A’ List – The VVIPs & VIPs in your life, they're so important, you can't imagine your wedding without them in attendance. Don't forget to include guests attached to each person, spouses, children (Yes they add to the guest count). Also, Include yourself and your spouse-to-be to the list...You count too.
• The ‘B’ List – Nice guys, they have a special place in your heart but didn't make it to the ‘A’ List, friends, family friends, work colleagues, etc, you already planned to invite them.
• The ‘C’ List – You think it would be nice to invite them if the budget allows, but you are fine either way.
Congratulations!!! You have your list now.
When sending out invites, start with your 'A' list then add guests from the 'B' and 'C' lists as your budget allows.
🔹️ Avoid Last Minute Add-ons, if they didn't make it to the general list, there's no need to add them later.
